Bylgja Labs is currently a trade name and not a company. When a company is formed, this notice will be updated and the rights and obligations will be transferred to it, as set out in the Terms and the License.

1. Acceptance. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Operator. The website is operated by Diego Correa, under the name Bylgja Labs, Uruguay (bylgjalabs@gmail.com).

3. What this website is. It is a showcase of website templates, components and pages. You can browse the catalog, view previews and follow the links to download or obtain each product.

4. Purchases and delivery. Purchases are not made on this website. Each product is sold through Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, as indicated on its product page.

• The chosen platform acts as the seller of record (Merchant of Record). It collects the price, calculates and remits applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), issues the invoice or receipt, and delivers the file.
• The purchase contract is concluded with that platform and is also governed by its terms and policies. Questions about payments, invoices, taxes, disputes and chargebacks are handled by it.
• The license to use the product is granted by Bylgja Labs and is governed by the License Agreement.

5. Free products. Some products are free and are also obtained through one of the platforms. They are governed by the same License Agreement.

6. Intellectual property. The design, code, text and trademarks of this website and of the products belong to Bylgja Labs, except for third-party materials, which keep their own license. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. They only grant the uses permitted by the License Agreement.

7. Previews and third-party content. Some product previews are hosted on third-party services (for example Framer or Webflow) and load only when you request them. When they load, that third party receives technical data such as your IP address, and its own policies apply. Links to other websites do not imply responsibility on our part for their content.

8. Acceptable use. You may not use the website for unlawful activities, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, overload it with abusive automated requests, or copy or redistribute the products beyond what the License Agreement allows.

9. No warranties. THE WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE VERSIONS OF THE TOOLS AND PLATFORMS THEY ARE USED WITH.

10. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BYLGJA LABS FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT OR, IF IT IS FREE, USD 10 (OR THE MINIMUM THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW TO BE REDUCED). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA.

11. Consumer rights. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights that the law of your country grants you as a consumer.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect licenses already acquired.

13. Assignment and succession. Bylgja Labs may assign these terms, and the licenses granted, to a company that continues the business, including a future Bylgja Labs LLC. We will notify you on this website.

14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Montevideo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right you may have, as a consumer, to bring proceedings before the courts of your country.

This website collects very little data: it has no accounts, forms, newsletter, tracking cookies or analytics. We still explain below what happens with your data.

1. Controller. Diego Correa, under the name Bylgja Labs, Uruguay. Contact: bylgjalabs@gmail.com.

2. What data we process.

• Technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time, requested page). It is generated when the page is delivered to you through Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider.
• Your messages, if you email us: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of the message.
• Purchase data. We do not collect it. Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad process it, depending on where you buy, as independent controllers. We may receive limited information from them (for example your email, country and the product purchased) only when needed to handle a support or license request.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making. We do not sell or share personal information.

4. Who we share it with.

• Cloudflare, to host and deliver the website.
• Google (Gmail), to receive and answer emails.
• Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad, for purchases, under their own privacy policies.
• Framer and Webflow, only if you choose to load a preview hosted by them. In that case, that third party receives your IP and applies its own policy.

5. International transfers. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, with the safeguards each of them states in its own policy.

6. How long we keep it. Technical data, according to Cloudflare’s retention period. Support emails, for as long as needed to resolve the inquiry and up to 12 months afterwards. Purchase data, according to each platform’s policy and applicable tax law.

7. Your rights. You can ask us for access, rectification, updating, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, depending on the rules that apply to you (for example Uruguay’s Law 18.331, the EU GDPR or California privacy law). Write to bylgjalabs@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country; in Uruguay, the Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP). For purchase data, also contact the relevant platform.

8. Cookies and local storage. This website does not use advertising, analytics or user-tracking cookies. Only strictly technical cookies may be generated, necessary for site security and mitigation of abusive traffic and managed by Cloudflare, which are not used to profile you. If in the future we add other types of cookies or analytics tools, we will update this policy before activating them.

9. Children. The website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes. We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version. If in the future we collect more data (for example a newsletter), we will update it before we start.

11. Succession. When Bylgja Labs is formed as a company, this policy will become the responsibility of that company and we will announce it here.

1. General rule. Our products are digital files with immediate access to the source code and designs. For that reason, once a product has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds, except in the cases below.

2. When we do refund.

• The file is damaged or incomplete and we cannot fix it within 7 days of you notifying us.
• The product differs materially from what is described on its product page and we cannot correct it.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

3. How to request it. Email bylgjalabs@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, with your order number or purchase email and a description of the problem. We first try to solve it (for example by sending a corrected file). If that is not possible, we approve the refund.

4. How it is paid. The refund is processed through the platform where you bought (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad), to the same payment method, and timing depends on that platform. If a dispute or chargeback is opened directly with the platform or the payment processor, the final decision and the technical processing of the refund are subject to their dispute resolution policies.

5. Right of withdrawal. In some countries, the law grants a withdrawal period for distance purchases. For digital content with immediate download, that right is usually lost once the download begins if you expressly agree to it at checkout. Where the rules of your country allow it and the payment platform requests it, that notice will appear when you buy.

6. Free products. They have no cost, so no refund applies.

7. Relationship with other rules. This policy applies without prejudice to each platform’s refund policy and to any rights that the law of your country grants you as a consumer.

This license applies to all Bylgja Labs products, free and paid, and to all their variants (Framer, Webflow, Astro, React with Tailwind, HTML).

1. What we grant you. A non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as stated in Section 2), worldwide, perpetual license to use the product in personal and commercial projects, your own or your clients’, with no limit on the number of projects or clients.

2. What you can do.

• Modify, customize and adapt the product.
• Use it on as many websites or applications as you want, including your clients’.
• Use it as the visual base or interface of a web application or SaaS, yours or a client’s, even if its users pay to use the software. What you cannot do is offer the product’s design or code as such (see below).
• Deliver or transfer to your client the finished project that includes the product. The client may keep using the product as part of that project, but may not extract it or use or distribute it on a standalone basis.
• Invite your client or team as a collaborator in the workspace of the final project (Webflow, Framer or private repositories) or transfer the project to them. This is part of the permitted use and is not redistribution.
• No attribution to Bylgja Labs is required.

3. What you cannot do.

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lend or give away the product, its source files or its designs, whether free or paid, as is or with minor changes.
• Publish or sell it as a template, UI kit, component, theme or resource, on a marketplace, public repository, your own store or any other channel.
• Bundle it inside another product whose main value is our design or code.
• Present yourself as the author of the original product.
• Use the Bylgja Labs name or brand to suggest endorsement or affiliation without permission.

Delivering a finished website that uses the product to a client is not redistribution.

4. Third-party materials. Fonts, images, icons and other third-party resources included in a product keep their original license (for example, fonts under the SIL OFL). Each product lists its credits. Your license over those materials is the one set by their owner.

5. Ownership. Bylgja Labs keeps ownership of the product. You keep ownership of your final project and your content.

6. No warranties. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLIES.

7. Breach. If you breach this license, it terminates and you must stop using and distributing the product. This does not affect our other rights.

8. Assignment and succession. Bylgja Labs may assign this license, and the rights behind it, to a company that continues the business, including a future Bylgja Labs LLC. Your existing licenses remain in force.
